Project Summary:
Robert LeBlanc & Associates were commissioned to design a ski/golf resort community in Clarenville, Newfoundland. Work included integrating a 100 unit subdivision and an 9-hole championship golf course (with expansion potential to 18) around the existing White Hills Ski Hill.
