Project Summary:
Robert LeBlanc & Associates Golf Architects, was commissioned by a private developer to lay out an 18-hole executive golf course along the Atlantic Ocean near Dartmouth, NS. 40 Condo units have been situated throughout the golf course. RLAgolf led the project through the complex development agreement and environmental approvals phase within 9 months.
