Project Summary:
Robert LeBlanc & Associates were commissioned to prepare a resort master plan for the expansion of the Ben Eoin Ski Hill in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Expansion items included a new championship 18-hole golf course, new ski runs, a new marina and waterfront development, and an equestrian centre.
